IV. Payment

What are the available payment methods?

For orders from the Philippines, we accept bank deposits, online bank transfers and credit card/Paypal payments. For international orders, we only accept payments thru Paypal. 

1. Paypal or Credit Card

If you chose Paypal or Credit Card as your mode of payment, your payment will be automatically confirmed. Your order will be immediately prepared for delivery.

2. Bank Deposit or Online Bank Transfer

You can deposit your payment at either of these bank accounts:

You may deposit at any of the banks’ branches or through online bank transfer. Once payment is settled, please email the following to payment@filed.com.ph :
(1) Scanned copy or picture of the deposit slip OR a screenshot of payment confirmation for online bank transfer
(2) Order ID number
3. GCash
You can settle your payment by sending GCash to this account :

Account Address: 35 Ermin Garcia St, Cubao Quezon City, Metro Manila
 
Once payment is settled, please email the following to payment@filed.com.ph :
(1) Scanned copy or picture of the confirmation text message from GCash
(2) Order ID number

 

How will I know if you received my payment?

1. For Paypal and Credit Card
You should receive an email informing you that "your payment has been verified and confirmed."
2. For Bank Deposit, Online Bank Transfer, GCash
Once you have submitted your proof of payment, you should receive an email acknowledging that your "proof of payment has been received."
Kindy give us 1 to 2 business days to verify your payment. Once verified, you should then receive a another email informing you that "your payment has been verified and confirmed."
