BRAND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The Brand Marketing Executive is the lead in the strategy development and execution of creative brand campaigns. She is responsible for rallying the whole team to work towards inspiring students and creating innovation. She is also in charge of creating the demand for the brand and its merchandise as well as communicating with the brand’s followers across all social media.

PRODUCT MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The Product Marketing Executive studies, develops, and improve FILED’s growing number of awesome merchandise. She makes sure that FILED’s product portfolio remains in touch and relevant to today’s students of life. She is also responsible for researching, creating, and sharing graphics and video content through the different social media channels.

CUSTOMER MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The Customer Marketing Executive ensures that our customers are well-taken care of. She creates a fun and creative atmosphere for our customers whether through social media, distribution channels, and personal connections.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
The Business Development Executive is the team’s business developer. He ensures that the business of the company’s retail partners is well-managed by making FILED merchandise conveniently accessible to our customers. He also provides corporate clients their needs for customized office merchandise.

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
The Operations Executive serves as the administrative force of the company's day-to-day operations. His role extends from managing production, warehouse management, and logistics.

ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
The Administration Specialist handles the company’s financial and legal concerns. She handles budgets, accounting, and monthly reports, as well as the payrolls, time cards and supplier payments.
